The residence has two different types of apartment:

SUPERIOR STUDIO
extending over around 45-50 m2, consisting of hall, sitting-room with hideaway fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with bath or shower and spacious balcony. The sleeping area can be furnished with either a double bed or two twin beds..

CLASSIC STUDIO
extending over around 40 m2, consisting of a spacious lounge/living area with fully-equipped kitchenette and sofa-bed. All the studios have bathrooms with bath or shower and large balconies.

All the apartments have parking spaces in the open or in the garage, as well as independent heating/air conditioning, TV, telephone, free WI-FI internet connections round the clock, washing machine, iron and ironing-board, with cleaning and weekly linen change services.
