The Residence Leopoldo offers comfortable accommodation for your stay in Florence, whether your visit is for business or for tourism.

Discreet and quiet, it is situated in a private road in the northern part of the city, just beyond the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL), and within easy reach of the Santa Maria Novella railway station, Florence airport and the Firenze Nord exit on the A1 and A11 motorways.

Just 100 metres from the residence are the stops for the main public transport lines providing connections in just a few minutes with the old city centre, the Trade Fair and Exhibition centre at the Fortezza da Basso, the hospital centre of Careggi and the Meyer Paediatric Hospital, the Scientific Centre of Novoli and the new Florence Law Courts.

Our recently-built apartments are spacious and rationally designed, and have been furnished in a practical and functional manner.

Each apartment has a parking space in the open or in the garage, as well as independent heating/air conditioning, TV, telephone, free WI-FI internet connections round the clock, washing machine, with cleaning and weekly linen change services.

The Reception is open at the following times: Monday – Friday from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.30.

Informative note provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003)

Dear Sir/Madam,

c) of the logic applied to the processing if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processor and the representative designated as per art. 5 comma 2;
e) of the entities or category of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may come to know such data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, even as regards contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible, or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: 
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even where these are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling, or for the performance of market research or commercial communication surveys.
